The company was founded in 2007 with the vision of bridging the gap that exists currently with the regard to the inclusion of youth and black owned companies in the mining industry.
Molobeng Mining Labour and Hire won the Oliver Empowerment Award for top black owned SMME in the country for the year 2012.
